The hotel is situated in a convenient business park area, the rooms have been recently renovated and are comfortable and quiet, with a modern design and amenities such as a kettle and iron available.

The breakfast food including fruit and eggs was exceptional.

The property is quite clean, in a great location, the twin room is spotless and comes with air conditioning, and there are plenty of breakfast options available, including eggs and fruit.

By and large, it was pleasant place with competent staff to whoever that staff member was. The double room was airy, the bed was comfy. Everything here was very good, I would come here again.

The breakfast was warm and nice, with a variety of options like toast, cereal, pastries, fruit, and eggs. the hotel's location is central, right beside the motorway, which is convenient. - the property is only 4 km away from Swansea Bay Golf Club.

I travelled to Swansea from Dublin via Bristol Airport with my friend and my 3 month old baby to attend a family occasion. I hired a car at Bristol Airport, drove from there through The Severn Bridge and Cardiff. It took us nearly 2 hours. I wasn't sure how this journey was going to end up as I was travelling with a baby but the great decision I made was to stay at this hotel- this hotel is very close to everything, convenient to where we were going (Morriston) and it was easy to get back to Bristol Airport. The only problem we had was, as the hotel was located at the roundabout exit and if you make a mistake on the roundabout, you could end up driving for 20 minutes before you can make a U turn. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Swansea!

Although th hotel is adjacent to the M4 motorway, I found the hotel very quiet and relaxing. The pub next door is ideal for an evening meal and a drink, although the hotel itself does have a bar I did not use this facility this time. The hotel staff were very polite and professional. The buffet breakfast was OK but they could do with adding some bacon along with the sausage and scrambled egg. Overall the hotel was excellent and I shall choose to stay there agian on my next visit in a few weeks time.

The place is extremely comfy, with comfortable beds. The staff are brilliantly helpful. The breakfasts were great and superb, with great sausages. The service is generally very efficient. The hotel is in an excellent and unbeatable spot, a short walk to different areas in the South of Wales.

The room was a good size, great shower and a good breakfast where you could eat as much or as little as you wanted all included in the price. Choice of pillows available as well either soft or firm.

I prefer a softer mattress but sadly the bed was a bit too firm for me.

Proximity to the M4, facilities at the hotel and the Harvester Restaurant next door for good value food
